We receive information directly from you and from service providers and booking platforms involved in your reservation, including Airbnb or Vrbo when you book through those platforms. Please provide only information needed for your inquiry or stay; do not send payment-card details or medical records through our general inquiry form.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries; arrange and administer reservations; process payments and refunds; communicate about arrival, departure, and your stay; provide requested assistance; maintain and secure our services; and keep records needed for accounting, legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
We manage guest communications through Lodgify
Lodgify, payments, and other providers
We use Lodgify to provide our website and reservation-management services. For guest information processed on our behalf, we determine the purposes of processing and Lodgify acts as our service provider/data processor under its agreement with us.
Payments for direct bookings are processed through Stripe via Lodgify. Stripe processes payment and transaction information to complete payments, handle refunds, and help prevent fraud. We share information with providers and people who need it to help deliver our services, such as website and booking providers, payment providers, and authorized property-management or guest-support personnel. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect safety, or establish or defend legal rights.
Airbnb, Vrbo, and other independently operated services have their own privacy policies for their services. This policy describes our handling of information we receive; it does not replace their policies.
Cookies and website services
Cookies and similar technologies can store information on your device. Our website and booking services use these technologies to support functions such as maintaining a booking session, remembering preferences, and security.
Our inquiry form identifies Google reCAPTCHA as a spam-prevention service. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
