Payment schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 15 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
- 30 days or more before arrival: 100% of paid prepayments are refundable.
- Fewer than 30 days before arrival: paid prepayments are nonrefundable.

House rules
Checking in and out
- Check-in after 3:00 PM
- Checkout before 10:00 AM
- Self check-in with smart lock
During your stay
- 7 guests maximum
- No pets
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- No parties or events
- Commercial photography allowed
- No smoking
No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking inside the home will result in a $750 fine. You may smoke in the outdoor courtyard, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly else additional cleaning fees may apply.
No Parties or Events:
While we encourage you to enjoy your stay, large gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted.
Maximum Occupancy:
Occupancy is limited by the zoning and fire inspector of New Hope Borough. Overnight occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation. Daytime occupancy is limited to no more than 13 persons at any given time.
Animals and Pets:
For the safety of occupants with medical conditions, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets or service animals.
Noise:
New Hope Borough Code prohibits operating, playing, or permitting the operation or playing of any radio, television, audio equipment, sound amplifier, musical instrument, or similar device that reproduces or amplifies sound through electric or battery means in such a manner as to create a noise disturbance or to cause annoyance to persons in the vicinity or to be audible greater than 30 feet from the source.
Historic Home Care:
This home has original features from the 18th century. Please treat them with care to preserve their beauty for future guests.
Inclement Weather:
New Hope experiences all four seasons, including occasional rain, snow, and summer storms. Please note that standard weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, or cold) do not qualify for a refund under Airbnb’s policies or our cancellation terms. In the event of severe weather that makes travel unsafe (such as government-issued travel restrictions or natural disasters), Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy may apply. Guests are encouraged to check local forecasts and plan accordingly. In the event of weather related interruptions that make the house uninhabitable (such as extended power outages or water intrusion) we will issue a partial refund based on the duration of impact.
For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruptions.
Unauthorized Late Checkout:
We would love to have you enjoy your stay as long as possible; however, we must pay our cleaners by the hour. They get paid whether they are able to clean or not. Guests that check out late without authorization will be charged an additional $100 per hour.
Violation:
These rules are important for us to maintain our permit to AirBNB in New Hope Borough. As such, violation of any of the house rules may lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
